Shipping Policy

At IMASHINE (marketed by PROIMA WELLNESS), we dispatch orders using registered domestic courier partners and India Post (Speed Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt, unless a different delivery date is stated at checkout or order confirmation.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email (and SMS if provided) containing shipment and tracking details. Delivery times depend on the destination, courier partner, and local conditions. Please use the tracking number to monitor the shipment with the courier provider.

Delivery Address

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase. Please ensure the address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Courier Delays & Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, PROIMA WELLNESS shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, strikes, natural calamities, or other events outside our control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact our support team and we will coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Any shipping or handling charges applied at checkout will be displayed before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us, the product is returned due to our error, or the product is damaged in transit.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a courier attempt fails and the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you with options β€” re-dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund (subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy). If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and processed as per our refund policy.

International Shipping

Currently, IMASHINE ships within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
