Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

PROIMA WELLNESS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or consumable items such as flowers, food, or similar products. Refunds or replacements may be offered if the user can establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be considered after the seller or merchant verifies the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and proof of purchase until the claim is resolved.

3. Product Not as Described

If the product received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues related to quality, defects, or performance must be directed to the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved by PROIMA WELLNESS, it will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be credited through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.
